Buddy Miller har fått sex nomineringar och Justin Townes Earle tre till 2009 Americana Music Association Honors and Awards. Vinnarna offentliggörs den 17 september på en gala i Ryman Auditorium, Nashville, i samband med den 8:e AMA-konferensen 16-19 september. Nomineringarna bygger på perioden 1 juni 2008- 1 maj 2009.
