Countryikonen John Anderson ger i maj ut sin första platta med nytt material på nio år. »Goldmine« släpps den 26 maj och Anderson har själv skrivit tolv av de tretton låtarna.

Vid inspelningen av »Goldmine« bestämde sig Anderson för att ta full kontroll.

-With Goldmine, I thought, first off, I’m going to take my songs into the studio and make a record like I think it ought to be made, without all those other influences. I’m more pleased with the sound of this record than I have been in a long time,säger Anderson.
