Booker T. Jones har en ny platta på gång. I slutet på juli kommer »Sound the Alarm« där Stax-legendaren gästas av bland andra Gary Clark Jr.

»The reason I think Gary and I clicked is because his roots are from Austin, Texas«, säger Booker T Jones. »He was raised by the old blues guys down on Congress Avenue . . . We both are just blues aficionados«.
