Av de tre gjennlevende medlemmene av The Band kan det sies at keyboardisten/ saksofonisten Garth Hudson hadde eierskap til bandets mystiske x-faktor. Et musikalsk ekstraspor som utvidet sangene til Robbie Robertson til episke formater.

Det kan derfor være interessant å sjekke ut hva som skjer på den nylig utgitte antologien »Garth Hudson presents a Canadian Celebration of the Band«, på Sony (Canada).
