»Good For You: The Best Of Annika Fehling« is an eagerly awaited album for those who discovered Sweden's Annika Fehling by her last album »Happy On The Red«. Or on one of her many tours, alone or with Nashville's Dana Cooper. Only to find that most of her earlier album are deleted or very hard to find.

Annika Fehling is an extremely hardworking woman. She tours a lot; she runs a singer/songwriter club back home in the medieval town of Visby on the beautiful island of Gotland in the Baltic Sea, arranges songwriter retreats. And she is a mother. Add to this that she's working relentlessly to improve her skills as singer, songwriter and performer.

Already her first single »Oktoberbarn (October Child)« (1993) made it perfectly clear that Annika was an extraordinary talent, and the single made it to the Swedish Top Ten. Many would see an instant success like that as a sign that you found the right musical path and continue on the same path. But not Annka. Over the years she's constantly been challenging herself.

She' been singing jazz, pop, rock and folk. And she's been cooperating with several domestic and international singer/songwriters. And for every gig, tour, co-write, recording, Annika has developed. As singer, songwriter and performer. And human being.
