The Norwegian roots-rock band Jack Stillwater will release their fourth and long-awaited album ”Norwegicana” on March 15th. The album is produced by Bendik Brænne, mixed by Marcus Forsgren and mastered by George Tanderø.
«Norwegicana» was recorded in Studio Paradiso, Oslo, during the fall of 2018.The album will contain eleven tracks and the songs on this album are written under the influence of diverse artists like John Moreland, Chris Isaak, Roy Orbison and even The Beach Boys. “Norwegicana” is the follow-up album to the critically acclaimed “The Farmer Trilogy”, hailed by the press in Norway as one of the best albums of 2016.
The production on ”Norwegicana” is more vivid and colorful compared to the bands previous releases, and you can almost feel, when you listen to the songs, how much the guys in the band were enjoying themselves in the process of making the album.
